House rules
A few rules, all practical. They keep a house shared by several families running, and they save you surprises on arrival.
Waste sorting
Bins for paper, cans, bottles and glass are outside the apartment or in the garage.
Food waste goes in the dedicated bin under the hob or the sink, without its packaging: plastic, paper, tins and glass go separately in the outdoor bins.
Black bags are not allowed by the local council.
Food waste collection
Food waste is collected on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
On collection days, put the bin outside your front door by 20:00.
Appliances and air conditioning
Switch off the air conditioning and any appliances when you leave the house.
Turn the hob gas fully off before going out.
No smoking
Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. A charge applies if the rule is not respected.
Parties and events
Parties and events are not allowed: we do not take bookings for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, stag or hen parties, receptions or ceremonies.
The stay is for the guests booked, in the number declared: outside visitors are not received.
Using the pool
The pool is open from 10:00 to 21:00.
Loungers, chairs, tables and sofas are there for everyone: please put them back after use.
For safety reasons, loungers, chairs and armchairs must not be placed at the pool edge.
When it rains the pool stays closed until the water values are restored. After heavy rain, or with debris and sand, it can stay closed for whole days.
Towels and clothes
Please do not leave towels, personal belongings or clothes on loungers, chairs and sofas when you are not using them.
Do not hang towels or clothes on the ropes around the pool: every apartment has its own drying rack.
